I am dedicated to helping anybody who wants to take their health and fitness serious and change their lives forever. My goal is to help people accomplish their fitness goals and live a long, healthy life through personalized training courses and personalized proper dieting guidance.

I began lifting weights and going to the gym regularly in December of 2022 and to this day I still believe it to be one of the greatest decisions I've made in my life. It has changed me for the better, not just in physical health, but my all-around well-being and the way I carry myself through my day-to-day life. I have gained a lot more confidence in myself and am a lot happier in general. 

Roughly three months into my fitness journey I ended up in a terrible head on car collision and stayed out for two months. I got lucky to even walk away from it the way I did but the only thing I could think about was getting right back into the gym and continuing to work on myself. After those two months were up, I jumped back into it like I never left. When I first started working out, I weighed roughly 135lbs (6'2"). At the time of my wreck, I weighed in around 150lbs. Since my recovery, I've reached roughly 180lbs. I believe everybody has a right to their physical health and I want to help people walk that path just like I did. If I can do it, I promise you can.
